Why
Connect to Empower
An increasing number of Chinese are enthusiastic to create a greater good, but the current developmental stage of Chinese philanthropy often fails to provide them with adequate support.
At the same time, due to both language and conceptual barriers, stories of Chinese philanthropy, are often untold.
Connecting impact seekers in China with like-minded peers and changemakers around the globe can create not only great learning opportunities for them, but also a stage where the voice of a new generation of givers in China can be heard.
Connect to Understand
Our shared world is getting progressively divided and fractured.
The unexpected outbreak of Covid-19 worldwide has brought out the best in people, as well as the worst in people.
Misunderstandings and misconceptions are overflowing, in our own country, and beyond.
It’s our shared responsibility to create a world of humanities. All starts with conversations, dialogues, and in-person connections.

Invite
A project team is assembled for each event and invites a guest/guests to join the conversation on a pre-selected topic.
Research
The team conducts research on the topic and makes plans for the conversations.
Connect
Have a fun online conversation with a small group!
Curate
The team produces video clips, podcasts, and blog posts in English and Chinese to reach a larger audience.
